Cancellation Policy

<h3>Flexible rate</h3><p>Cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before your arrival date. Cancellations inside 24 hours, and no-shows, are charged the first night.</p><h3>Advance Saver rate</h3><p>Paid in full at booking. Non-refundable and non-transferable. We are usually able to move the date once, subject to availability and any rate difference.</p><h3>Group bookings</h3><p>For four rooms or more we ask for 14 days’ notice; inside that the first night of each room is charged.</p><h3>How to cancel</h3><p>Use the link in your confirmation email, or call +44 1789 550140. You will always receive written confirmation of a cancellation — if you do not, please assume it has not reached us and call.</p>
