What time can I check in and out?
Rooms are ready from 3:00 PM and we ask that you check out by 11:00 AM. If you arrive earlier we will happily store your luggage, and late check-out until 2:00 PM is £20 when we have the room free.
Is parking really free?
Yes — fifteen spaces behind the hotel, one per room, no charge and no need to book. The entrance is via the lane beside the hotel, not the main road.
Do you allow dogs?
Well-behaved dogs are welcome in our four ground-floor rooms at a flat £15 per stay. We provide a bed, bowls and a towel. Assistance dogs stay free in any room.
What is included in the rate?
All rates include Wi-Fi, parking and VAT. Bed & Breakfast rates include a full cooked or continental breakfast; Room Only and Advance Saver rates do not, but you can add breakfast on arrival for £12.50.
Can I cancel my booking?
Flexible rates can be cancelled free up to 24 hours before arrival. Advance Saver rates are paid up front and non-refundable, though we can usually move the date once.
Do you have family rooms?
Two Family Rooms sleep up to four, with a double bed and two singles. Cots are free and an extra bed is £25 per night including breakfast.
Is the hotel accessible?
A lift installed in 2024 serves all three floors and the breakfast room. Rooms 103 and 104 have level-access wet rooms. Please call us before booking so we can match you to the right room.
Do you cater for special diets?
Yes — vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free and halal breakfasts are all available. Tell us when you book, or the evening before, and the kitchen will sort it.
How far is the train station?
Nine minutes on foot. Turn left out of Stratford-upon-Avon station, down Alcester Road and follow the river. We can send a taxi for £6 if you would rather not walk.
Do you offer rates for long stays?
From the seventh night a reduced long-stay rate applies automatically, including weekly housekeeping and laundry. Stays of 28 nights or more also qualify for the reduced VAT rate.
