This notice explains what we collect and why.</p><h3>What we collect</h3><p>Your name, contact details, stay dates, payment card details and any preferences or accessibility needs you tell us about.</p><h3>Why we use it</h3><p>To hold and service your booking, to take payment, to meet our legal obligations, and — only where you have opted in — to send you occasional offers.</p><h3>Who we share it with</h3><p>Our booking and payment providers, and the travel site you booked through where applicable. We never sell your data.</p><h3>How long we keep it</h3><p>Booking and invoice records for seven years, as HMRC requires. Marketing consents until you withdraw them.</p><h3>Your rights</h3><p>You may ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to marketing at any time.
