<h3>1. Booking and payment</h3><p>A valid card is required to hold every reservation. Flexible rates are charged on departure; Advance Saver rates are charged in full at the time of booking and are non-refundable.</p><h3>2. Arrival and departure</h3><p>Rooms are available from 3:00 PM. We ask that rooms be vacated by 11:00 AM. Late check-out until 2:00 PM can be arranged for £20 subject to availability.</p><h3>3. Children and extra beds</h3><p>Children of all ages are welcome. Cots are free; an extra bed in a Family Room is £25 per night including breakfast.</p><h3>4. Smoking and pets</h3><p>The hotel is entirely non-smoking, including vaping. Well-behaved dogs are welcome in ground-floor rooms at £15 per stay.</p><h3>5. Damage</h3><p>We reserve the right to charge for damage or for specialist cleaning beyond normal use, and will always discuss this with you first.</p><h3>6. Liability</h3><p>Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.</p>
